Sollte jedoch ein harmonisches Zusammenleben nicht möglich sein, sollte die Au-pair-Agentur hierüber so bald wie möglich informiert werden. Sie wird versuchen, sich ein möglichst objektives Bild zu verschaffen und eine für beide Seiten annehmbare Lösung zu finden.
