Dear Host Family,

My name is Vaishna, I’m 20 years old and I come from Kerala, India. I’m very happy to write to you because I wish to become an au pair in Germany and be part of your family.

I finished my higher secondary education and also learned German up to the B2 level, but I couldn’t find a good class or teacher to guide me well, so I couldn’t perform my exam as I wished. Still, I keep practicing every day because I really want to improve my German and communicate naturally with your family and children.

I live with my parents and two sisters. I like everyone in my family — my parents and my sisters are my biggest support. My elder sister has finished her MBBS, and my younger sister is preparing for the NEET exam. We share everything and have a very close bond.

During vacations, I usually spend time with my family and visit my grandparents’ house. Those days are always special for me — I love being with my cousins and enjoying family time together.

My hobbies are listening to music, reading small story books, and traveling. I also enjoy helping at home and learning new things about different cultures.

I think I’m a good au pair because I’m kind, patient, and responsible. I love spending time with children, helping them learn, and making them happy. I also wish to learn about German culture and share my Indian culture with you.
