My name is Morikoza Kavari, and I am from Namibia. I am establishing an au pair agency that connects responsible, caring and motivated young people from Namibia with suitable host families in Germany.
Having personal experience as an au pair in Germany, I understand the expectations, challenges and responsibilities involved in the au pair programme. I would like to use my experience to support au pairs throughout their journey and help host families find dependable candidates who genuinely enjoy working with children.
I assist au pairs with preparing their profiles, understanding the application process, organising the necessary documents and preparing for interviews with host families. I also communicate honestly with host families and help them choose candidates who match their family’s needs and expectations.
My goal is to create safe, respectful and successful matches based on trust, open communication and cultural exchange. I want every au pair to feel supported and every host family to feel confident about their choice.
I look forward to working with au pairs and host families and helping them create a positive and memorable cultural-exchange experience.
