My name is Mariah Gerra from the Philippines and currently in Thailand working as a foreign teacher in both primary and kindergarten. I am writing to express my sincere interest in becoming your au pair. I am enthusiastic, caring, and responsible person who truly enjoys spending a good time with children and helping them grow in a positive and nurturing environment.

I have always been passionate and dedicated about childcare and cultural exchange. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable lessons as a teacher for kids and exceptional experiences taking care of children of different ages – from helping with homework and preparing meals to organizing creative games and educational activities. I enjoy guiding children as they learn new things, discover not just their talents but their full potentials in achieving different accomplishments in each phase of growth and development while expressing themselves freely. Being part of their growth journey is something I find deeply rewarding.

As a person, I am patient, organized, and reliable. I believe that children thrive in a warm, structured, and supportive atmosphere, and I always do my best to achieve and create one. I also value open communication and respect within the household, as I see myself not only as a helper but also as someone who becomes part of your family.

Beyond caring for children, I look forward to sharing my culture and learning about yours. I believe that being an au pair is more than just a job and living with another family – it is a meaningful exchange that builds lifelong understanding and friendship between families and cultures.
