Letter to the host family
Hello!
My name is Sophia. I come from the beautiful Black Forest region and have just finished school. I am 18 years old and am very excited to soon gain new experiences as an au pair.

In my free time, I enjoy sports—especially tennis and soccer. I also spend a lot of time outdoors and love being active. I also give tennis lessons to children, which I really enjoy. Therefore, I get along very well with children and enjoy playing with them and accompanying them in their everyday lives.

After my au pair year, I plan to study. I would like to use my time as an au pair to get to know a new culture and, of course, help out wherever I can. At the same time, I would like to find a second family with whom I can share many wonderful moments.

I am an open, reliable, and cheerful person and look forward to getting to know you and your family.

About me:
Before my au pair stay, I will be working at a primary school in Africa for two months (which is why I can’t start until January, unfortunately). Here at home, I’ve been playing tennis and soccer for many years, and I enjoy other sports as well.

Childcare Experience
I’ve always been a huge fan of Italy, its culture, and its people.
Therefore, I would be very interested in participating in everyday life there and helping out.
Personally, I’ve often looked after children, especially in tennis coaching, which I offer for children of all ages.
I really enjoy playing with the children, accompanying them, and helping them.
