Hello dear host family,

my name is Nandhana, I am 21 years old and I come from Kerala, India. I am a friendly, responsible and caring person, and I would be very happy to become a part of your family as an au pair.

I have experience caring for children because I have been helping to look after my uncle’s twin daughters since I was in 10th grade. This experience taught me to be patient, responsible and attentive to children’s individual needs. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children, playing with them, helping them with their daily routines and creating a warm and safe environment for them.

I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in English and I have studied German up to B2 level. I can also communicate confidently in English, so I would be happy to help your children with English in a fun and natural way if you wish.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, watching movies, going for walks and doing creative crafts. I would love to share some of these interests with your family and also learn about German culture, traditions and everyday life.

What I am looking for

I am looking for a friendly and respectful host family in Germany where I can feel like a genuine member of the family, rather than simply an employee. I would especially appreciate good communication, mutual respect and a welcoming family atmosphere.

I am interested in an au-pair stay for around 6 months, preferably starting around March. After my au-pair experience, my goal is to continue my education in Germany and pursue an Ausbildung.

I am also happy to help with childcare and reasonable household tasks related to the children. At the same time, I would appreciate clearly defined working hours and enough free time for my German studies and personal development.
