My name is Mariana, and I am a caring, responsible, and adaptable person who truly enjoys spending time with children and creating a positive, supportive environment around them. I consider myself patient, attentive, and warm, qualities that I believe are important when becoming part of a child’s daily life.
I would love to become an Au Pair and Nanny because I genuinely enjoy helping children grow, learn, and feel safe and heard. For me, this is not only an opportunity to support your family, but also a beautiful cultural exchange experience where we can learn from one another.
I consider I could do a great job, because i find kids to be lovely and curious, they are nice to be taught and be around of. I consider myself an efficient, comprehensive, adaptative, detail oriented and responsible person. I believe an au pair must be resourceful, proactive, attentive, trustworthy, soft but not too lenient and be able to keep the kids attention didactically and in a dynamic manner. Also you have to make them feel secure even when it comes to express their feelings and ideas or doing activities that could take them out of their comfort zone.
In addition, I would be allowing them to explore while guiding them instead of telling them the answers or what they are supposed to do, not it a way to limit their knowledge by attaching to the basics but explaining clearly from the scratch. Also to incentivate the devellopment of the kid while providing reciprocate comprehension and contribution to support the family’s interests.
I have informal childcare experience through caring for the kid of a neighbor and regularly helping my little cousins with playtime, daily routines, and learning activities. These experiences have taught me how to connect with children in a caring, patient, and encouraging way.
One of my greatest strengths is my multilingual background. I would love to share languages with your children in a natural and fun way through conversation, games, and everyday activities.
More than being an Au Pair, I would love to become a trustworthy and reliable support for your family while also learning about your culture and daily life.

Ich halte mich für fürsorglich, geduldig, anpassungsfähig und aufmerksam – Eigenschaften, die wichtig sein können, wenn man Teil des Alltags eines Kindes ist.

Ich habe informelle Erfahrung in der Kinderbetreuung im Bekanntenkreis und in der Familie, sodass ich ein echtes Verständnis dafür entwickelt habe, wie man auf die Routinen, Interessen, Bedürfnisse und Lernprozesse von Kindern eingeht. Es macht mir Freude, Kindern das Gefühl zu geben, gehört und ermutigt zu werden, sei es durch Spielzeit, tägliche Aktivitäten, kreative Beschäftigungen oder durch die Unterstützung beim Lernen und bei der Kommunikation, wie ich es wöchentlich mit meinen kleinen Cousins tue.

Experience with four kids

PLAN Take care of all of the children needs, help with homework, aid in house chores and cleaning, take him to school, dance, sing. Possibly if allowed do activities like play an instrument, didactive platforms, teach him languages, teach him to do desserts, play with toys, take him to classes, places with nature or to do sports. The way to maintain their attention its knowing their strengths and to be soft with them but not too much, the audiovisual incentives and the interactive content as well as knowing what would interest them the most can help to begin with. Ideally 3 to 12 years 5 to 6 days a week with flexible schedule
Childcare Plan
How will you teach the kids?And what method do you want to use? I like using platforms and ai tools or toys although im not sure which would be the equivalents in there so I could use a boogie board, also blocks to improve motor skills, songs for memory drawing for creativity and so on. The audiovisual method complemented with a curiosity driven, sensorial or attempting start experience, book guided but simple and full of pictures, complement with role- action activities
