Hi! I’m Lucas, I’m 17 and I live in a small town near Alicante, on the east coast of Spain.

I grew up surrounded by kids in my family. I’ve looked after my little cousins since they were about 3 (they’re 7 and 8 now), and I’ve also taken care of the children of my mum’s friends, aged 4 to 7. I love playing with them, taking them to the park, playing football, helping with simple things and just making sure they have a good time and feel safe.

Right now I work in construction, so I’m used to hard work, being responsible and getting up early. Football is my big passion. I play on a team, and I’d love to share sports and outdoor games with your children. I also play the flute quite well and a little piano, so music could be part of our days too.

I speak Spanish and Catalan (Valencian), so I can teach your kids Spanish in a fun and natural way. I also speak a little bit of Italian. It’s still very basic, but I’m learning it and I absolutely love it! My English is still basic too, but I really want to improve it, and that’s one of the main reasons I want to be an au pair.

I’m looking for a family where I can be a real part of the home: help with the children, learn about your culture and grow as a person. I’m friendly, patient, responsible and always happy to help.
